symposium on arts for cultural inclusion
at the University of Massachusetts, Boston,
co-hosted by the School for Global Inclusion and Social Development
For the 2nd Annual Symposium on Art for Cultural Inclusion, ACI partnered with the School for Global Inclusion and Social Development at UMass Boston, bringing together more than 250 community members, 30+ organizational partners, and 20+ community artists to collectively engage in dialogue surrounding the use of art for cultural and social inclusion. Through TEDx-Style presentations, panel discussions, and artistic workshops across multiple disciplines the symposium was able to promote cross-sector and multi-disciplinary approaches to building and supporting inclusive communities.
